Meet Kim Taylor

Hi I'm Kim, and I’m an OCN registered Infant/Baby & Twin Sleep Consultant based in the South of England in sunny Hampshire. I am happily married and we have 3 beautiful cubs. Our eldest daughter is now 5 and our twin daughter’s are now 3. I have had a slight obsession with sleep, really since my twins were born as I had such a hard time with my eldest, and I didn’t want history to repeat itself, especially with two babies at once!

A few years ago, I was a first time mum, rocking my daughter night after night, singing many versions of wheels on the bus, feeling like I was failing and I was totally exhausted and needed a good night’s sleep.

Her naps in the day were short and she would take ages going down at bedtime. I was exhausted and frustrated and I just didn’t feel like myself at all. All I wanted was for my cub to sleep through the night but everything I tried just wasn’t working. I’d rock her in the pram, long walks, late night car rides you name it, I tried it. Google was my best friend at 2am, but the sleep solutions I found just didn’t work. They felt impossible to follow and didn’t make any difference to her sleep.

I decided to become a Certified Sleep Consultant so I could help other families avoid sleepless nights and the frustration I felt. I wanted to create solutions that are simple, supportive, gentle and room based, that don’t involve any cry-it-out methods.
