As a Toddler & Preschool Sleep Specialist and mum of three, I help families understand why sleep has become difficult. Together, we'll create a personalised, evidence-based plan that works for your child, your family and your parenting style. No judgement. No one-size-fits-all routines. Just realistic support that makes sense for your family.
If you've found yourself lying awake wondering what you're doing wrong, you're not alone.
- Bedtime has become the hardest part of your day.
- Your toddler needs you several times during the night.
- They're waking before the sun comes up.
- Nap time has suddenly become a battle.
You've searched Google, read the books, listened to advice from friends and tried different routines…yet instead of feeling reassured, you're left feeling overwhelmed and unsure what to believe. If that sounds like you, I want you to know something.
You haven't done anything wrong. Every child is different. Their temperament, development, sleep needs and personality all play a role in how they sleep.
That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice. I believe better sleep starts with understanding your child.
Hi, I'm Kim
I'm a mum of three and the founder of Taylor's Sleeping Cubs.
I specialise in helping toddlers and preschoolers aged 1–5 years because I know first hand how this stage brings its own unique sleep challenges.
Whether you're navigating bedtime battles, frequent night wakings, early rising or tricky nap transitions, my role isn't to hand you a generic sleep plan. It's to help you understand why your child is sleeping the way they are and guide you towards changes that feel achievable.
Together we'll explore what's driving the challenges you're facing and create a realistic, personalised plan that fits your family, not somebody else's. My goal isn't just to improve sleep. It's to leave you feeling calmer, more confident and able to understand your child's sleep long after we've finished working together.
There isn't a magic routine that works for every child.
There isn't one "right" way to parent.
And there certainly isn't one solution that fits every family.
Everything I do is built around four simple principles.
Sleep isn't about chasing perfection. It's about understanding your child and making realistic changes that work for your family.
There's so much conflicting sleep advice online. I'll help you understand what current evidence tells us so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
I don't just tell you what to do—I explain why. Because when parents understand the reasons behind sleep challenges, they feel empowered to support their child with confidence.
Life with toddlers isn't perfect, and your sleep support doesn't need to be either. My advice is practical, achievable and designed to work in the real world.
Every family is different, which is why every sleep plan is personalised.

I cannot reccomend kim enough. We were struggling with our 11 month olds sleep, after months of trying everything. We’d followed different guides, tried multiple schedules from other sleep consultants, and nothing ever seemed to work. Our baby actually had good sleep habits and could settle independently, but our days were all over the place and we couldn’t seem to get into a rhythm that suited her. Then we spoke to Kim—and honestly, within a day we saw a huge difference. What made her stand out straight away was how she focused on our baby, not what babies “should” be doing at this age. She looked at what was actually happening and made small, really manageable tweaks that made a massive impact. It turns out our baby has lower sleep needs, and with Kim’s guidance—capping naps and spacing the day out better—we saw immediate improvements. I was quite sceptical about cutting naps at first, but it worked almost instantly. We have now had a baby who has slept through the night for 10 nights straight! Plus we now we have a much clearer, more confident routine. I finally feel like I understand my baby and her sleep, instead of constantly worrying about what she should be doing. Thank you kim! Kim has been an absolute game-changer for us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone struggling with sleep.
We loved working with Kim! Our son was waking up for hours on end and we were stuck on how to get him sleeping through again. Within 3 weeks, we had learned how to help get our son through the night and he is now a much more consistent sleeper. Kim was very responsive, supportive and professional
I reached out to Kim when my 2 year old sleep was very inconsistent with early wake ups and grumpy moods! After our initial call with Kim, she was confident we just needed to adjust our routine slightly. Our first week of support, we adjusted length of nap and bedtime. We saw improvements around nap time and mood within a few days. Kim was in constant communication, checking in multiple times a day. We continued to follow Kim’s advice and my daughter’s sleep and mood continued to improve. 5am wake ups are something of the past as she now sleeps until 7am! Would recommend Kim to anyone who is wanting help with sleep. She is kind, compassionate and non-judgemental. We had a great experience.
